Meet Our Founder

Tonya Gooday-Minor started operating Mangas Global Solutions, Inc. in January 2020. Her vision for the firm reflects a commitment to pursue bold and focused growth choices to improve government and industry solutions for our clients and communities. Tonya utilizes her deep leadership experience in workforce modeling, organizational restructuring, and talent management to drive organic and inorganic growth strategies in support of the needs of our clients and the markets served. Tonya balances this growth focus with a deep appreciation and support of our values-driven, "people-first" culture where diversity of experience and talent are encouraged and collaboration integral to our organization.

Tonya is a proud active member of the Fort Sill Apache tribe and a combat veteran with multiple tours overseas. As an Army Officer, she's received multiple prestigious awards, including the Bronze Star Medal, while serving in Afghanistan. Tonya has brought the fight, grit, and can-do attitude to the civilian sector to assist federal, state, and local agencies in achieving their goals. She makes it her mission to provide meaningful opportunities to those underserved communities to which she belongs. Our motto, "A Tradition of Leadership," is our call to action and is deeply rooted in the firm's culture.
